(prices start from $150 to $3000)
As the Sales Manager, you will be on the front line of presenting our cool stuff to American gun shops, dealers and concept stores (there are around 50.000 of them)
This is not a typical B2B sales role – instead, it requires a blend of strategic thinking and execution skills. In close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (including marketing and production teams)
Requirements:
At least 2 years in sales for the US or English-speaking countries
Fluent English C2 (North American accent is preferable)
Have practical ability to dive into a product, become a champion, and promote features, use cases, and value propositions to customers
A hands-on, "can do" attitude and a drive for outcome-focused performance
You are looking for a single company for 100% commitment and dedication, but not for overemployment and “just another project to try”
Nice to have:
Potential to lead sales and/or customer support team/s
Experience with task management software and lead-generation services
Understanding of concept stores
Experience in tenders

Responsibilities:
You will work directly with the CEO and COO and fully own your B2B sales channels
Find non-conventional ways to generate and reach leads between 50.000 stores, dealers, and websites
Close the deals by email, phone, and other messengers
Develop relationships with buyers, initiate marketing activities to boost sales
Participate in building sophisticated sales strategies
Work closely with the marketing team, production to exchange insights
Strategic assessments for our 4 brands and manages the business against operating plans and budgets to achieve financial and business objectives
