Requirements
4+ years of success as HR Generalist in a remote tech environment
Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to support and connect with employees
Tech-Savvy – comfortable using HR tools and platforms to streamline processes
Proven ability to build retention and engagement strategies for remote teams
Strong understanding of HR best practices and remote work dynamics
You are a self-starter who thrives in building processes from scratch
Experience in performance metrics and employee development
Proficiency in Ukrainian and English B2 or higher
Strong background in HR documentation
Experience in Employer Branding

Responsibilities
As our first HR Generalist, you will play a key role in creating a strong people-focused culture and ensuring seamless employee experience
You will build HR processes from the ground up, covering everything from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, incentives, and team development
Build Foundation: Design and implement HR systems that reflect company culture
Establish and manage HR policies, contracts, benefits, and procedures
Create and manage performance that inspires growth
Nurturing: Design professional development paths that keep devs engaged
Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and create seamless adaptation
Implement strategies to maintain high team retention and satisfaction
Develop HR branding to attract and retain top talent
Organize team-building activities that raise employee satisfaction
Foster a positive work environment and enhance team well-being
Assist in the preparation and management of operational docs related to workforce administration and internal processes
Leadership: Work directly with CEO to align HR initiatives with business objectives
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters
